The Government Research Tool (GRT) makes it easy to search for and analyze Government data! Get instant access to Government data files, including MCRL, ML-C, Technical Characteristics, Procurement History, AMDF, DODI&S, AFI&S, MRIL, and NHA. This powerful tool gives you the ability to:
- View ILS Parts Availabilityin the GRT Results. The ILS logo will be displayed next to any item that contains parts availability. The logo can be clicked on to open the Parts Availability results, showing any suppliers that have the item available for sale or repair.
- Find information quickly and easily - All data sets are displayed on a single page in an easy-to-read table format that can be printed.
- Navigate to see more detail - Each CAGE code is displayed as a link and can be clicked to view more detailed information about a company. From the CAGE results page, users can further navigate to the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
- Get more Results – Subscribers can enter a part number, NSN, NIIN, FSC or Item Name to search for. All matching results will be displayed, regardless of where the results are found - in the FLIS, CAGE or Parts Availability database.
- Narrow your results – Advanced Search allows more flexibility when entering a query, allowing you to narrow your results by selecting the database you wish to query. You can select from the FLIS, CAGE, or Technical Characteristics databases to locate results. Any combination of search criteria can be entered including: Part Number, NIIN, NSN, FSC, Item Name, CAGE, Company Name, End Item Code, End Item Name, Source-of-Supply (SOS) or Acquisition Advice Code (AAC).
- Find the Help you’re looking for - Our new and improved Help system is designed to make it easier for you to find the help you need. Hover-over help allows users to simply position the cursor over the field name and click to see more detailed information about the field or code.
